英文摘要：
The dynamic control of reservoir normal level in flood season is one of effective measures to alleviate the conflict between reservoir flood control and water supply. First, this paper gives review on the new idea presentation of dynamic control of reservoir normal level in flood season. Then,its research history and current situation of dynamic control of reservoir normal level in flood season are summarized. Next,a number of dynamic control methods and their restrictions are introduced. At last,some key problems to be solved are discussed for further development of the dynamic control of reservoir normal level in flood season.
