在总结已有研究成果的基础上,指出研究实时汛限水位动态控制方法与应用的必要性,并阐述了水库实时预蓄预泄动态控制汛限水位的基本思想和数学表达,介绍了该方法在碧流河水库2005年“8.8”洪水实际调度中的应用。分析结果表明,“8.8”洪水预蓄预泄调度过程,在不增加水库及上下游防护对象风险的前提下,能抬高汛限水位,增加水库蓄水,比常规的调度方式多拦蓄洪水0.4亿m^3,经济效益较为显著。
Based on the summary of recent research progress, this paper analyzes the main idea of real-time reservoir limited elevation dynamic control. A detail application of real-time pre-storage & pre-discharge method of dynamic control of reservoir limited elevation is described on Biliuhe Reservoir ‘8.8' flood operation in 2005. The results indicate that compared with the traditional operation methods dynamic control operation stores more 0.4 ×10^8 m^3 water while no flood control risks are increased.
