论文以图书馆员绩效考核的实际调查内容为依据,建立馆员绩效评价指标体系,从馆员年终考核、职称聘任、评优评选方面进行多角度的应用研究,利用积分制管理方法量化馆员绩效评价指标,并建立综合评价模型,对评价指标的应用进行多角度的检验。该评价模型与评价数据符合可靠性与一致性的评价标准,对图书馆员绩效考核评价工作的实施起着支撑作用。
Based on the actual survey content on librarians’ performance evaluation, the evaluation index system is established, and the application in librarians5 year-end assessment, title appointment, and appraising selection is studied in this paper. The integral system management method is used to quantify the librarians’ performance evaluation index. Also, a comprehensive evaluation model is established to test the application of the evaluation index from multiple angles. The results show that the evaluation model and evaluation data meets the reliability and consistency in the evaluation criteria, and plays a supporting role in the implementation of librarians ’ performance evaluation work.
