Through the analysis of performance evaluation methods, 360-degree evaluation method was selected combined with the rating scale method for librarians' performance evaluation. The evaluation indexes in the rating scale method were determined by soliciting the opinions of librarians and conducting extensive discussion. The method of setting the steps was adopted to reduce the conflicts caused by the only fractional theory and to improve the feasibility of librarians' performance evaluation indexes.
