This paper discusses the existence of positive solutions for the three-point boundary value problem of second order differential equations on a half line. By using the diagonalization process, fixed points theory and inequality techniques, sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions. In this paper, the nonlinear term has singularities.
