研究了一类具有垂直传染非自治的SEIR传染病模型.在较弱的条件下,得到了传染病一致强持久(即疾病流行)的充分条件,以及得到了感染者灭绝的充分条件.

英文摘要：

A nonautonomous SEIR epidemic model with vertical transmission is studied.Under quite weak assumptions,the sufficient condition on the uniformly strong persistence of the disease is established,and the sufficient condition on the extinction of the disease is obtained.
