建立了两级星型齿轮传动系统的非线性动力学分析模型,模型中考虑了系统的综合啮合误差、时变啮合刚度以及齿侧间隙.采用数值积分方法对多间隙多自由度非线性微分方程组进行了求解.分析了两级星型齿轮传动系统由简谐振动、非谐单周期振动、倍周期振动以及拟周期振动通向混沌的非线性动力学特性.
A dynamic analysis model was established for 2-stage star gear train, wherein the transmission error and the time-varying stiffness and backlash were considered. Using ODE45 integration method, the nonlinear differential equations with multiple backlashes were solved. The nonlinear dynamic behavior, which leads to chaos from harmonic vibration, non-harmonic vibration, period-doubling vibration and quasi-periodic vibration by changing frequency excitation of the system, was discussed thereof.
