基于H.Blok理论,建立了面齿轮传动的齿面瞬时接触温度的计算方程;研究了啮合齿面间的接触应力、齿面相对滑动速度以及齿面间的摩擦系数等相关参数的计算;通过编写计算程序,分析计算了轮齿接触面的瞬时接触温度分布以及主要几何参数对瞬时接触温度的影响。研究结果表明,为减少齿面瞬时接触温度,在面齿轮的传动应用中应尽量采用较多的齿数、较大的压力角和较小的齿数差,这一结论为面齿轮传动的合理设计和使用提供了理论依据。
Based on the H. Blok's theory, a method for calculating the transient contact temperature of a face gear drive is presented. Some parameters including the contact stresses, relative sliding velocity and the coefficient of friction of the meshing gear teeth are calculated and analysed. The transient contact temperature of the meshing gear tooth and the main parameters that influence the transient temperature of the meshing face gear are investigated using computer programming. The calculating results show that the influence of the number of spur gear and pressure angle are greater and that of the difference of the shaper and pinion teeth is smaller in reducing the transient temperature of a face gear drive.
