根据圆柱齿轮分扭构型特点,考虑配齿结果对系统动力学特性的影响,讨论该系统应满足的配齿条件,提出4种不同的配齿方法,推导相应的配齿公式,进行相应的配齿计算分析。研究结果表明:第1种配齿方法能满足同步啮合条件,但配齿难度大;第4种配齿方法综合考虑了第2种和第3种配齿方法,能高度接近同步啮合条件,比较符合工程实际,是在第1种配齿方法不能实现时的优选方法,该配齿方法为圆柱齿轮分扭传动系统的设计提供了必要的理论依据。
According to the characteristics of torque-splitting configuration and considering the influence of teeth matching results on system dynamics, the teeth matching conditions of the system were discussed. The four different tooth matching methods were proposed, and the tooth matching formula and examples of each schemes were given. The results show that the first teeth matching method can meet the synchronous meshing condition, but the tooth number matching is difficult. The fourth teeth matching method considering the second and the third teeth matching methods can highly approximate synchronous meshing condition, which is the preferred method if the first gear matching method cannot be realized and can satisfy the practical engineering requirement. It provides a necessary theoretical basis for the design of the split torque transmission system.
