选取了1998~2012年中国31个省市的面板数据,采用面板协整方程、PVECM模型和PVAR模型,探讨了中国环境、能源、R&D与经济增长之间的互动关系。结果表明:环境污染、能源消耗、R&D和经济增长之间存在长期的均衡关系,且短期波动偏离长期均衡的正向调整幅度为0.69%;R&D主要得益于经济发展,虽然R&D水平的提高能够在一定程度上抑制环境污染,但是其却在一定程度上刺激能源消耗;虽然,能源消耗既是经济增长的动力,也是造成环境污染的重要原因,但是其能够在一定程度上促进R&D水平的提升;环境污染具有累积效应和路径依赖的特性,且其对经济增长的贡献和对R&D的“倒逼”作用相对有限。
With the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 1998 to 2012 and by using the cointegration equation, PVECM and PVAR model, this paper explored the interactive relationships among environment, energy, R&D and economic growth. The re- search results indicate that there is a long- term balanced relationship among environment pollution, energy consumption, R&D and economic growth, and the range of positive adjustment is 0.69% when short -term fluctuations deviate from the long -term equilibrium; at present stage, improvement of R&D is mainly owing to economic growth. Though improvement of R&D can help curb environmental pollution, it can also lead to increasing consumption of energy to some extent; energy consumption is an im- portant factor for economic growth, and it is also a major eauge for environment pollution. However, to some extent, consumption of energy can make positive contribution to improvement of R&D; environment pollution presents accumulative effects and path depedenee effects, and it has limited effects to economic growth. Moreover, its restructuring effects to R&D improvement is weak as well.
