纸浆浓度超过6%后已经没有流动性,并含有大量的气体,不可以用离心泵进行输送。为了搞清中农纸浆输送装置流场的流体压力与流速分布,对中浓浆输送装置的结构进行设计,然后以未漂白芦苇浆等中浓浆为流动介质,对搅拌装置进行流场数值模拟。根据模拟的结果,对装置进行改进设计,试制样机,并做试验测试。测试结果显示:该装置的机械运动性能稳定。结合流态化装置的模拟结果可知:该装置的性能参数很好地满足了设计要求。笔者所研究的装置,可使流动性很差的中高浓纸浆流态化,同液体一样,可通过离心泵输送到所要求的高度或所需要的压力的地方。
The pulp has no fluidity and contains a large number of gases when its consistency is over 6% ,and it can not be transported by centrifugal pump.In order to understand the fluid flow field pressure and velocity distribution of MC pulp transportation equipment,we first design the structure of the MC pulp transportation equipment,then carry out the flow field numerical simulation of the stirring device,regarding the unbleached reed pulp as the fluid media.We improve the design,manufacture the prototype and do the test according to the simulation results.The test results indicate that the mechanical motion performance of the equipment is stable.Combined with the simulation results of the fluidization equipment,it shows that the performance parameters of the device well satisfy the design requirements.The equipment can fluidize the medium-high consistency poor pulp,and then transport the pulp to the required height by the centrifugal pump.
