Daintain is a macrophage inflammatory factor.A previous study demonstrates that daintain promotes breast cancer proliferation via activation of the NF-kappaB/cyclin D1 pathway and facilitates tumor growth.To investigate the regulatory mechanism of daintain on breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-435S by western blot and SDS-PAGE under the same condition,this paper isolates a binding protein of daintain in breast cancer cell line,and characterizes it as β-actin according to the peptide mass fingerprint.The bind suggests that daintain could promote breast cancer cell migration.
