Malignant tumors have become one of the most common causes of death in modern society.There are millions of people who die each year from malignant tumor and malignant tumor is the first cause of death and has tremendous threat to human life.And in recent years,miRNA has been proved to be closely related with the incidence of malignant tumors and can play the role of oncogene and tumor suppressor genes.The miRNA is 22 nucleotides long and its main function is applied to target mRNA degradation or inhibit its translation to prompt it to regulate the expression of target genes.In the diagnosis,treatment and drug resistance of malignant tumors,it has important application prospect.
