The paper takes psychological contract of innovative talents as relative psychological contract and thinks that the relative psychological contract is often violated from the perspective essential characteristic of innovative talents and psychological contract. Then the paper detailedly analyses dynamic mechanism model, renege model and origin model of psychological contract violation. Based on the above analysis, the paper constructs relation dynamic model between psychological contract and innovative talents,and designs incentive compatibility condition which reduces the violation of relative psychological contract of innovative talents.
