以辛酰丙氨酸作为配体,以乙醇和水作为混合溶剂,用溶液化学反应法制备氨基酸铕和铽的配合物。用13C NMR(核磁共振)、偏光显微镜、DSC(差示扫描量热法)、分光荧光光度计等分别对所制备样品进行了元素分析和表征。13C NMR谱测试及元素分析结果表明,实验所得辛酰丙氨酸铕和铽配合物具有(C10H20NCO3)3M(M为Tb、Eu)型化学分子结构;使用偏光显微镜观察表面形貌,发现稀土配合物可以形成非晶态,且表面均匀、透明;DSC测定配合物的玻璃化转换温度和结晶态的熔点温度,且结晶态具有明显的结晶吸热峰;荧光光度计测试发现配合物有明显的发光特性。
With amino acid as ligand,ethanol and water as mixed solvents,the amino acid europium and terbium complexes were prepared by chemical solution reaction method and analyzed by elemental analysis,polarizing microscope morphology,13 C NMR and DSC. The results show that this series of metal complexes with amino acids are in the structure of chemical molecular( C10H20NCO3)3M( M: Eu,Tb). Amorphous state was observed; Anobvious endothermic peak was observed in the crystalline state melting point; The complex has obvious luminescence properties.
