为提高某地铁转向架ATP天线梁结构疲劳寿命,对天线梁结构进行随机振动疲劳分析.依据某地铁天线梁的动应力测试数据,并结合部件焊接接头的5-N曲线,研究天线梁结构的疲劳寿命;建立天线梁结构的有限元分析模型,并在实测载荷谱作用下,对天线梁结构进行随机振动分析与疲劳寿命预测,分析结果表明:天线梁疲劳薄弱部位与基于在线动应力测试的结果一致,不满足设计要求;依据随机振动疲劳分析优化的新型天线梁结构经过线路测试与分析,其结构满足350万公里的运营要求.
Fatigue life of a metro bogie ATP antenna beam is studied by random vibration theory and measured dynamic stress on-line. With the same S-N curves of antenna beam welded joints, their analysis results show a good agreement, and the antenna beam life does not meet the design requirement. Thus, the antenna beam structure is improved through numerical analysis under measured load spectrum, and its life is increased to 3.5 million kilometers verified by on-line experiment.
