为了揭示硅灰部分替代水泥对改良盐渍土抗剪强度的影响,采用宁夏平罗县姚伏镇的超盐渍土,分别掺入2%、4%、6%水泥和10%、20%、30%硅灰替代水泥进行超盐渍土改良固化,通过7和28 d龄期的三轴试验,结果表明:对7 d龄期固化超盐渍土,当水泥掺量为2%时,硅灰的替代掺量20%较佳,当水泥掺量为4%时,硅灰的替代掺量在10%以内较佳,当水泥掺量为6%时,仅参考粘聚力增量,硅灰的替代掺量在20%以内较佳;对28 d龄期固化超盐渍土,当水泥掺量在2%时,硅灰掺量采用10%替代水泥为佳,当水泥掺量增加时,需减少硅灰的替代掺量;水泥和硅灰可以降低和抑制固化盐渍土中盐分的析出,可有效减少盐渍土地基对混凝土基础或者构造物的盐腐蚀病害。
The shear strength of solidified hypersaline soil was studied, in which the cement phase was partially replaced by silica fume.In Yaofu town, Pingluo county, Ningxia, hypersaline soil was mixed with 2%, 4%, 6% cement and 10%, 20%, 30% silica fume respectively for solidification to stabilize saline soil. Shear strength of the 7 d and 28 d age was investigated by triaxial test.The results show that for the 7 d age cement of content 2%, the substitution of silica fume for cement quantity can be up to 20%.When the cement content is 4%, the substitution of silica fume for cement quantity should be lower than10 %.When the cement content is up to 6%, for the cohesion force increment, the substitution of silica fume for cement quantity can be lower than 20%.As the age 28 d solidified hypersaline soil, when the cement content is 2%, the better quantity of silica fume is around 10%, the substitution of silica fume for cement quantity would decrease with the increase of the cement.Cement and silica fume can reduce the inhibition of precipitation of salt in solidified saline soil, which can effectively reduce the salt corrosion of concrete foundation and structure for hypersaline soil.
