为研究水分亏缺对旱区压砂瓜光合特性及产量的影响,以"金城5号"西瓜嫁接苗为试材,设3个灌水水平,分别为667m2灌溉0(T1)、1.5(T2)、3.0(T3)m3。结果表明:压砂瓜坐果期净光合速率和气孔导度日变化规律均表现为双峰曲线,蒸腾速率日变化规律表现为单峰曲线,与灌水定额呈正相关;胞间CO2浓度变化规律与净光合速率相反,与灌水定额呈负相关。综合分析得出,在当地水资源缺乏情况下,旱区压砂瓜人工穴灌较适宜的灌水定额为667m2灌溉3.0m3。
In order to study the effects of water deficit on photosynthesis characteristics and yield of watermelon in gravel-mulched field in arid regions,‘Jincheng 5' were used as the test material,three sprinkler irrigation quotas per 667 m2 were set as:0 m3(T1),1.5 m3(T2),3 m3(T3).The results showed that,under the experimental conditions,both of the diurnal change of the photosynthetic rate(Pn)and leaf stomatal conductance(Gs)in fruit-expanding-period showed a double peak curve,and the transpiration rate(Tr)showed a single peak curve.In the meantime,all of them increased with the increase of irrigation quota.To the contrary,the values of intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)showed the opposite change law.By the comprehensive analysis,under the condition of water resources shortage,it was proposed that the suitable sprinkler irrigation quota per 667m2 was 3m3.
