利用微波谐振腔,分析物料放入前后波谱图的衰减值和相对频移,研究碱式碳酸钴、四氧化三钴及二者混合物的微波吸波特性;并通过微波加热物料,探讨物料在微波场中的升温行为。研究结果表明:碱式碳酸钴吸波性能较弱,而四氧化三钴具有很强的吸波性能,二者混合物的吸波性能随着四氧化三钴配比的增加而增强;在微波功率为820W条件下,配加四氧化三钴质量分数为20%的碱式碳酸钴在微波场中加热110S后,温度即可达到375K;物料在微波场中的升温快慢与微波功率成正比;升温行为的研究结果与吸波特性的测定结果相吻合。微波煅烧碱式碳酸钴制备四氧化三钴是可行的。
By means of microwave cavity perturbation, pad value and relative frequency shift of spectunn before and after adding raw materials were analyzed and microwave absorbing characteristics of basic cobalt carbonate, cobalt oxide ( Co3O4 ) , and their mixture were investigated. Meanwhile, temperature rise behavior of the samples under microwave heating was discussed. Research results showed that Co3O4 had strong capability to absorb microwave energy, while basic cobalt carbonate was a relatively poor microwave absorber. Capability to absorb microwave energy of the mixture increased with an increase mixture ratio of Co3O4. When microwave irradiation time was 110 s under power 820 W,the temperature of the mixture with mixture ratio 20% of Co3O4 just can reach 375 K. Temperature rise speed of the sample was in proportion to specific power. Research results of temperature rise behavior was in good agreement with the test result of microwave-absorbing characteristics. It is feasible to prepare Co3O4 by calcination from basic cobalt carbonate in microwave field.
