为对影响合成莫来石晶须长径比的工艺进行优化,分别选取不同成型压力、V2O5添加量、烧结温度和保温时间,在单因素设计和实验结果基础上,采用响应曲面法确定影响莫来石晶须生长长径比的最佳水平。当试样成型压力、V2O5添加量、烧结温度、保温时间分别为25 MPa,4%(质量分数),1 320℃和2 h时,得到最佳莫来石晶须长径比为15.0。通过实验验证:莫来石晶须的制备工艺参数可行,得到了一个能较准确预测试验结果的模型方程。
The optimization of some parameters(such as forming pressure,sintering temperature and holding time) for the aspect ratio of mullite whiskers in the preparation process was carried out by means of a response surface method.Mullite whiskers with an aspect ratio of 15.0 could be obtained under the optimized conditions(forming pressure of 25 MPa,V2O5 addition amount of 4%(in mass),sintering temperature of 1 320 ℃ and holding time of 2 h).The results show that it is feasible for the optimized parameters to prepare mullite whiskers.In addition,an accurate model is proposed to predict the experiment results.
