用熔融缩聚法合成了一系列的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBST)。GPC检测显示聚合物分子量为8×10^4,通过1HNMR图谱分析了聚合物的序列分布,发现PBT比例(XPBT)为33mol%时聚合物嵌段性最强。DSC/TG曲线上可以观察到随着XPBT增加玻璃化温度(Tg)升高、熔点(Tm)先降低后上升,热分解温度由367.74℃上升到372.95℃。力学性能检测显示硬段的加入改善了PBS的耐热性和力学性能。
A series of polyesters, poly ( butylene succinate) (PBS) and poly ( butylene succinate-co-terephthalate) s (PBST) were obtained by melt poly condensation technique. The GPC results revealed that the molecular weight of polymers were 8 ×10^4. The analysises on the sequence showed that when XPBT was 33mo1% ,the degree of randomness was lowes. DSC/ TG curve showed that Tg became high and Tm became low then high,while thermolysis temperature increased from 367.74℃to 372. 95℃ with XPBT increasing. The mechanical properties testing showed that hard segment could improve the heat stability and mechanical property of PBS.
