利用振动斜坡法制备了Al—5Mg合金半固态坯料。研究了振动电压、斜坡长度、浇注温度和冷却方式对合金半固态组织的影响。结果表明,这些工艺参数对合金微观组织都有不同程度的影响;680℃时,50V、40cm、水冷浇注的Al-5Mg合金组织为均匀和圆整的近球形等轴晶半固态组织,晶粒平均等积圆直径为57.5μm,晶粒形状因子为0.63。
The semi-solid of A1-5Mg alloy was fabricated by using vibrating slope pouting technology. The effects of vibration voltage , slope length ,pouring temperature and cooling mode process parameters on the microstructure of alloy solidification were researched. The experiment results show that these four parameters play an important role in the alloy microstmcture. When the process parameters is 6800C, 50V, 40cm and water-cooled. The microstmeture of AI-5Mg alloy is homogeneous, small and semi-solid equiaxed grains with the average grain diameter of 57.5 fxm, and shape factor of 0.63.
