采用Pro/E三维软件设计了紫铜结晶器低压铸造模型,采用ProCAST软件对它进行了充型与凝固模拟。结果表明:当充型压力为0.06 MPa、充型速度为70~80 mm/s,结壳时间为25 s,增压压力为0.08 MPa,保压时间为120s,浇注温度为1150℃,铸型温度为150~200℃时,铸件质量无缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,数值模拟结果与实际铸件吻合,确保了紫铜结晶器在低压铸造过程中的铸件质量。
The red copper low pressure die casting model was designed by adopting the Pro/E three-dimensional software. The filling and solidification were simulated by using the ProCAST software. The results show that under the filling pressure of 0.06 MPa, filling velocity of 70-80 mm /s, the investing time of 25 s, keeping pressure of 0.08 MPa, keeping time of 120 s, pouring temperature of 1150 ℃ and mold temperature of 150-200 ℃,the casting has no cast defects of shrinkage.The results of numerical simulation coincide with the actual casting,which ensures casting quality of the copper crystallizer in the low-pressure die casting process.
