以实际生产的某汽车覆盖件中的翼子板为例,采用三维绘图软件Catia建立了翼子板3D造型,运用Dynaform软件对翼子板的冲压成形进行了数值模拟。根据模拟结果,预测了使用初始工艺参数在翼子板生产过程中造成的缺陷。通过对缺陷分析,提出了改进工艺参数的措施,最终得出DC05板材制造翼子板冲压成形的最佳工艺参数。
Taking the fender of an automobile covering parts in actual production as an example, 3D modeling of the fender was established by using the 3D drawing software Catia. Stamping forming of the fender was numerically simulated by using Dynaform software. According to the simulation results, fender defects caused by using the initial process parameters in the production process were predicted. Through the defect analysis, the measures of improving process parameters were presented. Finally, optimum technological parameters of the stamping of fender formed by using DC05 plate were obtained.
