通过显微组织分析、力学实验和XRD分析,研究了稀土Ce对Al-5Mg合金的显微组织、凝固区间和力学性能。结果表明,加入稀土Ce拓宽了合金凝固区间,加入量1.5wt%时两相区间稳定在639~592℃;合金加入Ce,有明显变质细化作用;合金析出强化相Al4Ce,提高了该合金的室温和高温拉伸强度。
By microscopic analysis,mechanical test and X ray analysis methods,the microstructure of Al-5Mg alloy,solidification interval and mechanical properties of Ce were researched.The experiments show that rare earth Cerium Ce can widen the solidification interval,two phase interval stability at 639-592 ℃,refine the microstructure and improve the alloy at room temperature and high temperature tensile properties.Ce containing 1.5wt% refinement can improve the mechanical properties of Al-5Mg alloy.
