开关电流(SI)技术是模拟采样数据处理技术。介绍了开关电流电路的基本单元结构,讨论了影响故障诊断精度的主要因素,重点分析了电荷注入误差。对于开关电流电路故障诊断的仿真,介绍了一种故障模型,仿真后通过误差电流的不同来进行故障定位,但在PSpice仿真上实现还存在一定困难。
Switched - Current (SI) is a technique for analog sampled data processing. The basic unit structure of the SI is introduced in this paper. It also discusses the main factors which affects the precision of fault diagnosis and analyzes the charge injection error in detail. A fault model is introduced for the simulation in the fault diagnosis of SI circuits. It can locate the faults through the difference of error current. However,it is still somewhat difficult to realize the location by PSpice.
