介绍基于故障字典的数字芯片测试系统的设计与实现,包括数字芯片的测试原理说明、硬件电路组成和软件流程设计等;系统以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心,采用高度的模块化设计,具有扩充方便、高速采样的特点;系统具备与PC机通信功能,通信模块硬件电路组成是利用DSP的多通道缓冲串行口(McBSP),通过MAX3111E同步转异步的方法来和PC机进行通信的;通过实际的测试应用,证明该软件硬件运行良好,能满足系统设计的要求,为数字芯片的自动测试和故障诊断提供了参考。
The design and realization for the digital chip testing system based on fault dictionary was introduced in this paper,including the theory for digital chip testing,the hardware circuit,flow chart,and so on.The hardware circuit for testing system with digital signal processor(DSP) was designed and implemented.This system was designed with modularized construction,convenient enlargement and high-speed sampling.Then the communications between DSP and PC can be achieved in the system.Communications hardware module on the use of the circuit components of the multi-channel buffer DSP serial port(McBSP),asynchronous transfer synchronous through the MAX3111E to communicate with PC's.System operation is reliable in practical application,and satisfied demand of system design.It affords a reference for automatically testing and diagnosing digital chip.
