将有限元分析和无损检测方法用于木结构规格材的可靠度研究,分析不同贴面工艺参数对玻璃纤维增强规格材抗弯力学性能和可靠度的影响,可以为木结构强度分级、可靠性计算及优化设计提供科学的方法。采用正交试验设计方法,分析贴面厚度、施胶量和贴面尺寸对玻璃纤维布增强落叶松规格材力学性能和可靠度的影响。研究表明:1)各工艺参数对玻璃纤维布增强落叶松规格材MOE的影响顺序为:纤维布贴面厚度〈施胶量〈贴面尺寸,当玻璃纤维布贴面尺寸不到规格材试件长度的1/4时,MOE的下降幅度较大。2)在可靠度满足96%以上的条件下,最佳贴面参数为贴面厚度3mm,施胶量125g/m2,贴面尺寸为1/2。3)通过可靠性分析结果表明素材在425N载荷下挠度〈0.003L的概率是9%,而贴玻璃纤维布后可靠度平均达到53.8%;〈0.005L的概率是71.6%,而贴玻璃纤维布后可靠度达到97.3%,粘贴玻璃纤维布可以显著增加木结构规格材的可靠度。
The finite element analysis and non-destructive testing methods were used for reliability studies of wooden structure dimension lumber.The impact of different process parameters of glass fiber reinforced on the flexural mechanical properties of materials and reliability was analyzed.The results can be used for the classification of wood structural strength,reliability calculation and optimization design.The orthogonal design was used to analyze the effect of thickness,glue and surface size of glass fiber reinforced plastics(GFRP)on the mechanics performance and reliability of reinforced wood structure lumber.The results showed that:1)the influence order of various parameters on the modulus of elasticity(MOE)was surface size〉glue〉thickness,when the surface size was less than the 1/4length of the specimen,MOE reduced greatly.2)While the reliability met the above 96% conditions,the optimal parameters were thickness 3mm,glue 125g/m2,surface size,the 1/2length of the specimen.3)The probability of material deflection less than 0.003Lwas 9%at 425Nload,and FRP reliability was 53.8%;the probability of material deflection less than 0.005Lwas 71.6%,and the FRP reliability reached 97.3%,GFRP can significantly increase the reliability of wooden structure lumber.
