开发了一套基于臭氧协同紫外的COD检测装置,装置基于氧量差值原理,涉及到臭氧协同紫外高级氧化技术,臭氧流量传感器、臭氧浓度传感器、温度传感器和压力传感器的传感器信息融合技术。通过PLC控制整个装置的工艺流程,LabView控制装置模式的选择以及传感器的数据采集,从而计算出水样中的化学需氧量。与传统的国标法相比,本装置具有操作简便、消解时间短、无需添加任何化学试剂、不产生二次污染等优点,具有良好的推广应用价值。
A COD detection device based on ozone coupled with UV was developed. Based on the principle of difference between the amount of oxygen, the device relates to advanced oxidation technology of ozone coupled with UV, ozone flow sensor, ozone concentration sensor, temperature sensor and pres- sure sensor. COD in samples was calculated by controlling the process of the entire device with PLC, se- lecting LabView control device mode and sensor data acquisition. Compared with the traditional national standard method, the device has some advantages as follows: easy operation, short time for digestion, no need to add any chemicals, no secondary pollution and so on. Therefore, it has a great value of applica- tion.
