半潜船装卸货物需经历下潜和上浮过程,在此过程中周围航行船舶产生的船行波会对半潜船的安全作业产生影响,使半潜船产生横摇运动。考虑其作业的特殊及安全性,应对周边水域设定限航范围。根据不同船型及航行速度,推算船行波的波高、波长、衰减范围等,定量分析对半潜船及所运载的漂浮货物造成横摇的影响,从而确定在不影响半潜船安全作业的情况下,周边水域的限航范围,为海事监管部门确定限航范围提供依据。
When a semi-submersible vessel caries out loading and discharging, it has submerging down and floating up processes. The waves caused by passing by ships will make the semi-submersible vessel rolling and threaten its operation safety. With regard to particularity and safety of the operations, the restricted domain surrounding the vessel should be set. Ship wave heights, lengths and other parameters such as attenuation range are calculated for different ship types and sailing speeds, and their effects on rolling of the semi-submersible vessels and the floating cargo are analyzed quantitatively so as to determine the necessary restricted domain. The study provides the basis for the maritime sector to determine restricted areas of navigation.
