为解决业务数据量的不断增加导致传统船舶运输决策支持系统难以满足实际要求的问题,提出了基于数据仓库的船舶运输智能决策支持系统。设计了具有基础数据层、分析管理层、决策功能层和交互层的四层体系结构,建立了船舶运输数据仓库,使用联机分析处理技术将大量的源数据转化为有用的信息,服务于决策过程,实现了定性与定量相结合的船舶运输决策支持。采用Fortran和VB两种语言混合编程技术实现了系统执行效率的优化。
To cope with the problems of that a traditional decision support system can hardly meet higher new requirements because of the massive increase in data capacity, an intelligent decision support system for shipping operation was developed based on data warehouse. The system was designed with a four-layer structure: data layer, analyze and management layer, decision making function layer and interaction layer. The data warehouse for shipping operation was built. By using the online analytical processing technique, a large amount of source data in the data warehouse can be transformed into the information that is usable in decision processes, and the system can synthesize quantitative and qualitative factors involved in shipping operation. The mixed programming technique with Fortran and VB languages was applied to improve the efficiency of the system execution.
