随着社会的发展,新生代员工的不断加入职场为企业发展注入了新鲜的血液,然而新生代员工跳槽现象频繁出现,也给企业管理带来新的挑战。以178名新生代员工有效样本进行统计检验,探讨交易型领导风格、工作价值观对离职倾向的影响。研究结果显示:性别、年龄、受教育背景等部分人口统计学变量对交易型领导的感知、价值观和离职倾向的影响有差异;交易型领导与离职倾向负相关;工作价值观在交易型领导与离职倾向之间产生调节作用。
With the development of the times,the growing of new generation employees have injected fresh blood to the workplace. However,with the emerging phenomenon of frequent job-hopping,enterprises have met new challenges. The paper tries to discuss the relation of transactional leadership style,work values and turnover intention with the 178 effective statistical test samples of new staff,and results show that part of demography variable perception,such as gender. age. education and background,et al,have different effects on transactional leadership,values and turnover intention;Transactional leadership is negatively related to the turnover intention;each dimension of Work values is associated with turnover intention,And the paper further investigated the regulating effect of work values.
