Employee silence is a common phenomenon existing in the enterprises in our country. The paper analyzed the relationship between the employee silence, psychological sense of security and turnover intention in China, and reveals the impact mechanism of employee silence on turnover intention. The study provides practical suggestions to enterprise management, and further enriches and improves the theoretical research of employee silence.
