以辽宁省某国有企业194名员工为样本,采用层次回归方法,探讨组织信任与员工敬业度的关系以及领导-成员交换、工作价值观在这一过程中的作用。结果表明:组织信任各维度对领导-成员交换、工作价值观和员工敬业度具有显著的正向影响,领导-成员交换和工作价值观在组织信任和员工敬业度之间的关系上起到部分中介的作用。
Based on a sample of 194 employees of state-owned enterprise in Liaoning province,using hierarchical regression method,we discussed the relationship between organizational trust and employee engagement and the effect of leadership-member exchange and work values in this process. Results show that each dimension of organizational trust has significant positive influences on leadership-members exchange,work values and employee engagement. Leader-member exchange and work values have partial mediating effect in the relationship between organizational trust and employee engagement.
