以科学准确地把握国际人力资源管理研究前沿为出发点,运用科学计量学的基本原理,利用SCI(Science Citation Index,科学引文索引数据库)中检索到的2003-2013年人力资源管理领域七大期刊发表的3 834篇文献题录作为数据样本,利用动态网络分析的信息可视化技术和工具(Cite SpaceⅡ)对这些数据进行共被引分析和聚类分析,并绘制出相应的知识图谱。研究结果直观形象地展示了国际人力资源管理研究领域的前沿关键词、具有影响力的权威作者和经典文献,同时探讨了该领域研究的演化过程。
Accurately grasping the international scientific frontier research on human resources management as a starting point,using 3 834 bibliography retrieved from seven journals in human resources management in2003-2013 from SCI( Science Citation Index,Science Citation Index database) as data samples,and exploiting dynamic network analysis information visualization techniques and tools( i. e. Cite SpaceⅡ),the paper makes co-citation analysis and cluster analysis of these data with the basic principles of scientific metrology.The paper also achieves the appropriate knowledge map. The results vividly demonstrate the frontier key words,the authentic authors and classical literature in the field of HRM,and discuss the evolution of research in this field.
