为研究分块型封顶块管片在盾构顶进过程中的受力控制问题,以北京地铁14号线盾构法扩建高家园车站工程为研究背景,采用试验验证、理论推导和三维数值计算相结合的方法,开展盾构顶进力对分块型封顶块力学影响规律的研究。研究结果表明:分块型封顶块在顶进过程中的结构稳定性与盾构千斤顶的布置模式、千斤顶顶进量级、顶进压力差和千斤顶布置间距有直接关系;并且在通过优化分析得到的双侧顶进模式中,分块型封顶块会在后三者共同影响下,形成接触面错缝发展临界面。
To study the force-arranged about the partitioned key segment during thrust force working, the mechanical regulation about the structure of the partitioned key segment during thrust force working was analyzed with the method integrating experimental verification, theoretical derivation and three-dimensional numerical calculation based on the project of enlarging subway station with large-diameter shield in Beijing subway line 14. The results show that the structural stability about the partitioned key segment during thrust force working is related to the parameters which are the arrangement of the jack, the loading of thrust force, pressure difference of thrust force and the distance of the jack. In the optimized bilateral thrusting model the critical plane of the break joint about the interface of the partitioned key segment during thrust force working is formed under the influence of the latter three parameters.
