运用常规壳单元和连续体壳单元对厚度为0.9mm的DP980钢板U型辊弯成形进行了有限元仿真分析,并采用动态结果导入静态算法的回弹方法,对模拟结果进行了精确的回弹分析。结果表明,相比实验结果,连续体壳单元在辊弯成形有限元仿真中的运算更加精确,仿真结果具有更高的形状和尺寸精度。并且在加入静态回弹分析后,分析结果与实验结果更加吻合,左右边腿成形角度误差仅为2.19%和1.52%。该方法对今后辊弯成形有限元仿真有较好的参考和指导意义。
In this study,the conventional shell element and continuum shell element are used in the Finite Element Modeling(FEM)simulation of U-shaped roll forming process with DP980 steel sheet of 0.9mm in thickness.Then the accurate springback analysis of the simulation result is established by the method of importing the explicit result to the implicit algorithm.By contrast with the experimental results,it shows that FEM simulation results with the continuum element have higher precision in shapes and dimensions.And the simulation results combined with the static springback method agree with the experimental results better,for the error of bending angle are merely 2.19%and 1.52%.So this will offer guidance and reference for the future research of roll forming process simulation.
