目的探索一种制备单核细胞百分率增多动物模型的方法。方法在新西兰兔腹部植入异物,按照自身前后对照试验设计,采用配对t检验,比较在腹部植入异物手术干预前后兔单核细胞百分比的变化情况。结果经植入异物手术干预前后的单核细胞百分比值比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用腹部植入异物的方法制备单核细胞增多的动物模型,是一种安全、可靠的方法,能有效达到实验目的。
英文摘要：
Objective To establish an animal model mimicking monocytosis by foreign body abdominal implantation in rabbits.Methods Appling the paired-samples t test,the monocyte percentage before and after surgical foreign body implantation in rabbits＇ abdomen were compared.Results There was significant difference in the monocyte percentages before and after implantation.Conclusion It is safe and reliable using abdominal foreign body implantation to establish the rabbit model mimicking monocytosis.
