基于利用式学习与探索式学习平衡与互补的视角,分析两种学习方式对企业管理创新的影响效应。运用珠三角地区330家企业的问卷调查数据进行实证检验,结果表明,利用式学习对管理创新有着显著的正向影响;探索式学习对管理创新有着显著的正向二次曲线影响;它们之间的平衡与互补均能显著促进企业的管理创新。
Based on the perspective of exploitative learning and exploratory learning's balance and complementarity, the effects of exploitation and exploration on management innovation were analyzed in this study. Using a sample of 330 enterprises in Pearl River Delta, some hypotheses were tested: exploitative learning has a positive linear effect on management innovation; and exploratory learning has a positive curvilinear effect on management innovation; the balance and complementarity of ex- ploratory and exploitative learning both have a positive effect on management innovation.
