将管理创新划分为采纳与实施两个阶段,构建一个整合模型,考察异质知识源对管理创新的作用机理。运用广东顺德地区294家中小微企业的问卷调查数据进行假设检验,结果表明:管理创新对创新绩效有着显著的正向影响;供应链知识不仅对管理创新的采纳有正向直接影响,还正向调节管理创新的实施过程;科技知识对管理创新采纳有正向直接影响,却负向调节管理创新的实施过程;竞争对手知识对管理创新的采纳与实施均无显著影响。
This paper divides the management innovation into two stages: adoption process and implementation process, and conceptualized an integrated model to investigate the impact of heterogeneous knowledge in the different stages of management innovation. Using a sample of 294 SMES in Shunde Region of Guangdong Province, some hypotheses were tested. Results show that:(1)management innovation can positively facilitate the innovation performance;(2)supply chain knowledge not only has a directly positive effect on management innovation's adoption process, but also positively moderates the management innovation's implementation process;(3)science and technology knowledge can positively facilitate the management innovation's adoption process, but negatively moderate the management innovation's implementation process;(4)competitors' knowledge can neither facilitate management innovation's adoption process nor affect management innovation's implementation process significantly.
