目的:选择并优化何首乌标准饮片的均匀化方法。方法:结合现代分析技术,运用正交试验法,以试验所得粉末的出粉率、二苯乙烯苷、结合蒽醌、浸出物、粉末径距、HPLC指纹图谱指纹峰总面积的测定值为考察指标,考察粉碎时间(A)、投料量(B)、粉碎次数(C)对均匀化方法的影响。结果:采用综合评分法对正交试验结果进行评价,最终优选出最佳均匀化方法为A1B1C2,即粉碎时间30s、投料量1/3、打粉次数3次。结论:通过验证试验,表明最佳均匀化方法稳定可行,为何首乌均匀化标准饮片的质量标准研究提供了参考依据。
Objective:To select and optimize the homogenization method of the Polygonum multiflorum Thunb standard pieces.Methods:Applying modern analysis technologies and orthogonal test,with the content of flour yield,stilbene glycoside,combined anthraquinone,alcohol extract,span and the total peak area of HPLC fingerprints of herbal powders as reference indexes,the paper expect to optimize the homogenization method.Results:The orthogonal text results were evaluated by the comprehensive scoring,it showed that each time 30 s,1/3feeding amount taken,crushed three times in a row for the the best homogenization method.Conclusion:The best homogenization method had been proved reasonable and feasible through verification test.The method lays foundation for the the Polygonum multiflorum Thunb standard pieces' s study of quality specification.
