目的对不同采集季节、地点侧柏叶饮片质量进行考察。方法采用药典法对不同采集季节、地点侧柏叶饮片进行性状、TLC、水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、醇浸出物及槲皮苷含量检测。结果不同采集季节、地点侧柏叶饮片TLC均检出槲皮素,水分含量在2.99%~6.89%之间,总灰分含量在4.57%~6.18%之间,酸不溶性灰分含量0.15%~0.60%之间,醇溶性浸出物在23.24%~27.12%之间,槲皮苷含量在0.289%~0.477%之间。结论 12批侧柏叶饮片质量均符合药典标准,但不同季节、地点采集的侧柏叶饮片质量略有差异,建议药典侧柏叶饮片炮制项下进行修订。

Objective To study the quality of Platycladi cacumen pieces from different gathering seasons and places.Methods The characteristics,TLC,the content of moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,ethanol extract,and the content of quercetin in Platycladi cacumen pieces from different harvest seasons and places were determined by methods in pharmacopeia.Results Quercetin was detected from all the Platycladi cacumen pieces,the content of moisture were 2. 99% ~ 6. 89%,the content of total ash were 4. 57% ~ 6. 18%,the content of acid insoluble ash were 0. 15% ~ 0. 60%,the content of ethanol extracts were 23. 24% ~ 27. 12%,the content of quercitin were 0. 289% ~ 0. 477%. Conclusion All the Platycladi cacumen pieces from different harvest seasons and places met the standard specified in the pharmacopoeia of China,and there are little differences in the quality,the processing of Platycladi cacumen pieces in pharmacopeia is suggested to revise.
