针对国内尚未制订高速列车车轴强度设计规范的现状,以中国某高速动车组动车车轴强度计算为例,分别采用日本和欧洲的高速列车车轴强度设计规范中的计算方法以及有限元仿真计算方法,对动车车轴的强度进行计算和对比分析。结果表明:3种计算方法计算得到的车轴强度安全系数均大于1,表明车轴强度符合安全要求;欧洲高速列车车轴强度设计规范考虑的载荷较为全面,与有限元仿真计算方法相比,计算结果偏于安全;但对于轮座部位,采用日本的车轴强度计算方法计算出的安全系数偏大,更为保守。
The design code for the axle strength of high-speed train has not yet been drawn up in China. Taking the calculation of the motor car axle strength of a certain Chinese high-speed EMU as the example, the strength of the motor car axle is calculated, compared and analyzed by respectively adopting the calcu- lation methods in the design codes for the axle strength of high-speed train from Japan and Europe, and the finite element simulation method. The results show that the safety factors of the axle strength respectively obtained by the above three calculation methods are all greater than 1, which indicates that the axle strength meets the safety requirements. The load considered by European design codes for the axle strength of high-speed train is rather comprehensive, and the calculation result is safer compared with the result obtained from finite element simulation method. But for the position of wheel seat, the safety factor, obtained by Japanese calculation method of the axle strength, is greater and more conservative.
