静强度可靠性分析的任务是评价给定服役条件和设计参数的结构的可靠性水平及安全系数。将静强度可靠性分析方法应用到高速列车受电弓V500设计中,利用有限元软件,分析高速列车在多种工况下,V500受电弓各机械部件的危险截面的应力的概率特性,计算V500受电弓的可靠度及考虑可靠度的安全系数,服务于评价结构的"先天"设计质量,为V500受电弓的改进设计或制造提供依据。
Reliability analysis of static strength of the mechanical equiments is to evaluate the reliability and safety coefficient of a structural given operating conditions and design parameters.For the first time the method of reliability analysis of static strength is used in V500 pantograph of high-speed train.The distributional features of stress is analyzed by the finite element method and statistic method.Then the reliability and safety coefficient which is contaced with reliability are calculated in order to service with "innate" quality of design and provide a basis for improving the design or manufacture of V500 pantograph.
