基于空气重介质流化床分选机内部构件的作用机理,设计利用挡网作为流化床中的内部构件,并就其对于空气重介质流化床流化特性可能带来的影响规律进行研究。试验表明,挡网能够调节空气重介质流化床的分选密度以及床层的空隙率,使得床层的压降波动变得缓和,在流化状态下密度波动方差可降到0.66×10-2以下,这对于流化床流化特性的提高具有促进作用。
Based on the interaction mechanism of internal baffles what the sieve plates is used as, it studies the law of fluidization characteristics for air heavy medium fluidized bed. The study indicates internal baffles can regulate the density and void ratio of the air heavy medium fluidized bed and make the pressure drop relatively alleviated, making the fluctuations variance of fluidized beds' density drop to 0. 66 ×10-2 below, so it contributes to the improving of the fluidization quality of a fluidized bed.
