介绍了磁铁矿粉表面利用离子型药剂(油酸钠)改性后再利用非离子性改性药剂(PEG-4000)进行二次包覆改性后的物理化学性质。研究表明,改性前当磁铁矿粉水量为0.5%时流化床已经不能流化,达到了临界水分;改性后磁铁矿粉临界水分可增至0.8%,改善了磁铁矿粉的流化特性,有效地拓宽了入选原煤水分含量。
This paper introduces the Physical-Chemical Properties of magnetite powder modified by the non-ionic agent(PEG-4000)after the modification of the magnetite powder using sodium-oleate.The research shows that the air-dense medium fluidized beds can't be fluidized when the moisture content of the magnetite powder reaches to 0.5% before the modification.So the critical water content is 0.5%.However,after the modification the critical moisture increases to 0.8% and the fluidization Characteristics is improved.Also the requirement to the moisture content of separated raw coal is relaxed.
