研究了5μm(A型)、10μm(B型)两种孔径的气体分布器分别在不加滤布、一层滤布、二层滤布三种条件下的流化特性。结果表明,采用A型气体分布器时,产生的气泡小且多,在添加一层或两层滤布时床层波动相对比较平缓,在流化床内各点所测床层密度稳定;采用B型气体分布器时,流化床内局部有大气泡破裂,床层波动剧烈,仅在加两层滤布时,床层波动才渐趋于稳定。综合考虑流化效果及功耗,采用5μm孔径、一层滤布是进行实验室流化床特性试验的最佳条件。
The paper had a study on the fluidized features of the 5μm(A) and 10μm(B) gas distributor individually under the conditions of no filtration cloth,one layer filtration cloth and two layers filtration cloth.The results showed that when the(A) gas distributor was applied,the bubbles occurred would be small and in a large quantity.When one layer filtration cloth or two layers filtration cloth was applied,the bed fluctuation would be relatively mild and the bed layer density measured at each point in the fluidized bed would be in stable.When the(B) gas distributor was applied,there would large bubble bursts locally in the fluidized bed and the bed layer fluctuation would be serous.When only the two layers filtration cloth was applied,the bed layer fluctuation would be steadily in stable.In comprehensive consideration of the fluidized effect and power consumption,a 5μm and one layer cloth would be the best condition for the fluidized bed feature experiment in the lab.
