七台河煤焦油沥青的柱层析分离及GC-MS分析

以石油醚为洗脱液,采用柱层析法对七台河煤焦油沥青中可溶缩合多环芳烃进行了分离.在定量收取的洗脱液中分别析出了白色晶体、白色粉状物质和无色晶体(分别标记为J1,J2,J3),对它们进行了气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析.结果表明,J1中主要为3个环的多环芳烃和杂环化合物,以菲、荧蒽、芘、蒽为主要成分.J2中主要为4个环的多环芳烃和杂环化合物,以荧蒽、2,3-苯并芴、2-甲基荧蒽、苯并[a]蒽、9,10-苯并菲为主要成分.J3中全部为4-5个环的多环芳烃,以苯并芘、苯并荧蒽为主要成分.

英文摘要:

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in Qitaihe coal tar pitch were eluted with petroleum ether by column chromatography.A white crystal,a white powder and a colorless crystal(marked as J1,J2,J3 respectively) appeared in three eluents and were analyzed with GC-MS.The results show that J1 is mainly composed of 3-ring PAHs and heterocyclic compounds,including phenanthrene,fluoranthene,pyrene and anthracene.J2 is mainly composed of 4-ring PAHs and heterocyclic compounds,including fluoranthene,2,3-benzofluorene,2-methyl-fluoranthene,Benz[a]anthracene and Triphenylene.J3 is composed of 4-ring or 5-ring PAHs,including benzo[e]pyrene and Benz[e]acephenanthrylene.
