模拟新疆库尔勒土的现场条件,通过室内模拟腐蚀试验和微观分析,对X70钢在该土壤中的早期腐蚀行为进行了研究.结果表明:X70钢在新疆库尔勒土中早期腐蚀为典型的溃疡状局部腐蚀,发展速度很快.早期腐蚀以腐蚀孔和腐蚀斑两种形态开始,随后向横向和纵向扩展,横向扩展速率相对较快.含水量对早期腐蚀状态和发展速率有明显影响.腐蚀区域绝大部分被腐蚀产物覆盖,产物层疏松、多孔.产物成分以Fe的氧化物为主,同时含有Fe的氯化物.
The initial corrosion behavior of X70 steel in Ku'erle soil was studied by indoor corrosion simulation, SEM and EDS. The results show that the initial corrosion state of X70 steel in Ku'erle soil is typical local corrosion that begins from small holes and spots and then develops widely and deeply with a higher rate. Comparing with the corrosion depth, the corrosion area expanded more rapidly. The initial corrosion state and its developing rate were greatly influenced by the moisture content of the soil. The corrosion area was covered by the loose and porous corrosion products that were formed mainly by Fe oxides and less Fe chlorides.
