利用X射线衍射法、电子显微镜及能谱、力学性能测试分析了筒式加热炉火管和烟管腐蚀结垢及损坏原因,结果表明,由于加热炉介质是从地下采集的未经过任何处理的含油污水,其中含有泥沙及一些矿物质。加热过程中在火管壁上沉积大量的垢和泥沙等悬浮物,使管壁的传热效率降低,使加热炉局部产生超温.在高温的长期作用下,加热炉烧损破裂处材料珠光体发生了严重的球化,使钢材力学性能降低,在应力作用下最终导致火管破裂.
The reason for corrosion-deposition and damage of a drum-type heating furnace was studied with XRD, scanning electron microscope with EDX, as well as measure.ment of mechanical properties. The results show that there are many suspended substances, such as dirt, sand and so on, deposited on the wall of fire tube, which lower the heat transfer coefficient, thereby, resulted in over-heating of the heater. As the long-term high temperature, the pearlite spheroidization of the steel was occurred in the burning cracks of oven, which attenuate the mechanical properties of the steel, there after, fire tube broken under the action of stress.
